- JRJosiah Raynor1 day ago2.0I first want to state that Fran is great and this rating isn't for her. But the other lady, I will keep nameless, has an attitude and acts like she hates her job. You work for the government so your attitude should replicate that. That women needs retraining on customer service. She wasn't rude but definitely didnt make me feel welcomed. Second, this is for USPS. WHY WOULD YOU MAKE SOMEONE PAY FOR TAPE?! I would have went with UPS if I knew I would need to spend MORE money when I came just to drop off my already paid for box and label. As soon as I walk in, the lady (not Fran) didnt say good afternoon or how can I help you. It was "you already have a label? Well your going to have to buy tape before we send it." And points towards the priority or the 3.99 tape. I only have these experiences with USPS. Train your people on how to give proper customer service and for goodness sake, learn from UPS. When I walk in there, they are polite and working but when I walk into USPS, I get frustration, mean mug faces, and workers standing around saying "next."

I needed to get a passport picture taken and it could not have been easier. This post office has an entire office dedicated to government services. You can make an appointment online and it is so easy! I would drive WAY out of my way to use this post office!
