  The kind person that was in th store came and opened the door for me (i had my hands full). She was simply delightful. That means so much when put running errands. A little kindness goes a long way.

  This location is ON IT! They are the Chik-fil-A of shipping store efficiency. Even at busy seasons the wait is never longer than a couple of minutes. They do such a good job and never slack.

  This is the worst place to go to go for anything! If you bring an item in to return tGuaranteeo Amazon, they will go out of their way to try to make you purchase some overpriced item from them. $19 dollars for a box and a bag! Because they can't guarantee that the same item will be shipped safely unless you buy a plastic OVERPRISED bag for the UPS Store. 2 of the exact same items were purchased. One came in a box one just had an Amazon sticker on it. Only the one with the Amazon sticker could be sent back without buying a bag for $6.00. I guess that's why UPS has 3 20 year-old kids running their store for them. And they can’t wait until 5 o’clock so they can close that door while we are still in the store. For all I know, the one kid telling me that UPS can’t guarantee that it gets back safely without that bag is probably the area manager for UPS store. Any time that I’ve had a package come damaged, it’s always due to UPS! Never have a problem with FedEx or any other carriers.
