Just left the Alps UPS Store, where a big blue “NOTARY” sign hangs in the window. I asked for a notary and an employee went back to find someone who could help. A man comes out and asks me for my document, I hand it to him with my ID, he reads THE ENTIRE DOCUMENT, and then hands it back to me and says “I am not a notary and we don’t have one in the store right now.” So I guess he was just curious to read my document? So weird and a little creepy. The gentleman behind me also needed a notary and says he been in twice before and they asked him to return between 11 and 1 today, and at 12:30, still no notary in sight. Maybe just take down the notary sign if you can’t provide that service. And definitely keep your hands off private documents that you know you can’t help with.

This is concerning the ups store at alps in Athens, ga . There is a staff member there who is extremely rude! Have had the same attitude from him on 2 occasions now. I’ll just go to another store- by pass this one! If he hates his job that bad, then go work somewhere else. If customers don’t visit your store…your employment is not needed!
