    This is concerning the ups store at alps in Athens, ga . There is a staff member there who is extremely rude! Have had the same attitude from him on 2 occasions now. I’ll just go to another store- by pass this one! If he hates his job that bad, then go work somewhere else. If customers don’t visit your store…your employment is not needed!

    Not the friendliest service. No self serve kiosk. Busy location. I will find another UPS for better service, but this location could improve with adding the self serve kiosk.

    The man that waited on me was really helpful, even though the parcel I had needed to be shipped from fed ex- he boxed it up for me - super friendly and patient

    Went in to here recently , used to come here all the time but I will be going to epps bridge . Gill was very rude , needs to get rid of the sun glasses so he can look customer in the eye when he insult them with his rude tone and words

    This UPS store was truly incredible. The worker Brookland was helpful beyond words. I had a lot of problems with my return label and then my phone died. He was incredibly kind and helped me find a charger and navigate my return. He helped me repackage my items in a creative and patient way. I am so grateful to Brookland and this UPS store.
