  They lost my package. The number she gave me, to call, is no longer in service. I found a number, online, but was told they couldn't investigate without the senders permission.

  Place is trash, service is trash, and customer service is the worst. If you want your package to get lost and never make it, or possibly making it but broken send it through fed ex, other than that us ups.

  If it was possible to give this place 0 stars, I would. Wednesday (8/12/2026) my package containing powersports parts was out for delivery all day. To no surprise, it never got delivered. Come Thursday it sat at this joke of a shipping facility all day and never even went back out for delivery. Today (Friday) my package finally showed up late and again to no surprise, the box was opened and half of its contents were hanging out. I don’t know how this place is even still allowed to do business. From now on I will be avoiding purchasing ANYTHING that ships through FedEx

  We cannot get packages delivered to our house consistently. There is only one other house down our road and they have the same issue. Claim our addresses are incorrect but usps, ups, and amazon have no issues delivering to us. They have even delivered to us before. We're waiting on a package now for starlink so we can have internet but we've had them "fail" to deliver 3 times now for no valid reason at all. We even changed it to deliver to the local dollar general and they still can't deliver it. Abysmal service.

  I know that most of these posts are about the company FedEx in general but the manager and all the employees at the Athens location are absolutely amazing. They go above and beyond on multiple occasions! When a very important package with medication was delayed because of Atlanta traffic it was going to be delayed an extra day from delivery. The latest act of excellent customer service was them unloading an entire can to find the package instead of just saying sorry it will have to be tomorrow. The employees here are truly life savers and I can’t thank them enough for all their help and what they do.
