- GWGrace WoodruffJun 19, 20261.0This post office is an absolute joke. This is now the second time I’ve had a package either go “missing” without any notice or arrive resealed with items missing. I’ve shipped and received packages all over the country and internationally, and I’ve never had problems like I’ve had here. The latest incident is beyond ridiculous. I was told my package is “missing,” but when I asked where it went, I was informed it may have been sent to a holding facility where it could eventually be auctioned off. At no point did I receive a delivery notice, an attempted delivery notice, or any notification that my package was being redirected elsewhere. How does a package go from being out for delivery to potentially being auctioned off without the intended recipient ever being notified? The lack of communication, accountability, and basic customer service is unacceptable. At this point, it feels like customers are left completely in the dark while their mail disappears into a black hole. If you have anything important being shipped, be prepared for delays, confusion, and the possibility that nobody will be able to tell you where your package actually is

Not to mention mail from other government agencies being sent back to them without an attempt to deliver it to the residence. But when you call, they can’t tell you anything. I cannot wait for the day that the USPS is abolished. Even other government agencies make comments about how terrible they have become. Everyone knows it, except them.
