- SMSara MorganMar 12, 20223.0Twice my over night shipment was not delivered next day. I know I can request a refund however I overnighted and paid 60 dollars total in Express fees for a reason. I know it's not the staff fault at the local office. But as a whole if the USPS is trying to compete with Amazon and other carrier services this isn't a very good approach.
