- CHChristy HayesAug 7, 20265.0Excellent experience for passport appointments. We were greeted immediately upon entering. Rose was thorough and professional. I was dreading the whole process. We arrived early and had no wait. The process was so quick and she explained everything perfectly.
- JJJulie JohnsonAug 5, 20261.0This is the worst post office I have ever had to deal with. Good luck getting any decent customer service and packages delivered to their destinations. I have never had any had any issues with Eves Road post office, where employees decent to customers and never an issue with a lost package, unlike Webb Bridge. Creating a case for a lost package with USPS does nothing, since they record it and then send it to Webb Bridge staff, who are obligated to contact the customer but the do nothing and do not call back as they promise they will, most recently experienced this with both Carolyn and Meron. Useless. I have also recently had a delivery package ripped open, items stolen, the end of the bag tied shut in a double knot, and delivered that way. Find a different local post office.
- THToni HarrisJul 24, 20261.0Walked in to get my fingerprinting done. Lady at front desk acted as if I had a communicable disease and refused to touch my paper. Expressed there fingerprinting machine had been down for months. I attempted to call prior bc I had a feeling something like this would happen and it wasn’t a close commute for me. Automative services refuse to connect me to a live person in office and had no option in relates to fingerprinting. When I brought it to her attention that it impossible to get connected to someone on the phone. she replied with a curt “I know”. This is constant every USPS office I go to all the worker are rude, unhelpful and make you feel like coming in for service is an inconvenience.
- JMJocelyn MejiaJul 14, 20265.0Came here to get my passport as a first time applicant- booked my appointment online and I brought the required documents (which can be found online) I arrived 15 minutes early because I was not able to print the DS11 form- they have the form available for you to fill out before your appointment. Rose, employee who assisted me and took care of the application was amazing and made everything smooth and stress free. Definitely recommend coming here for your passport needs!
