- DWDainnese WeeksJun 6, 20261.0I swear the postal service in Alpharetta has some incompetent employees. I had something sent down there to my nephew and it was out for delivery. By the afternoon, there was a delivery exception. It said that the person it was addressed to had moved. MY NEPHEW DID NOT MOVE AND STILL LIVES AT THAT ADDRESS!!!! I had to call the postal service and put in a service request. The lady that I spoke with said that since my nephew is a minor, the mailman probably has not seen mail in his name before. VERY UNTRUE!!!! Mail has been delivered in his name to their address before by us with no problem. I honestly feel that the postal service is just trying to steal the package. I ended up having to order something different for him from Amazon and have it delivered to him by Amazon. They better redeliver the item to him or they will owe me money!!! Once again, the postal service in Alpharetta have incompetent employees who need to be retrained immediately!!!!

I mailed some very important documents from the Alpharetta USPS, and it reached on time and intact. The people in the Alpharetta USPS are friendly and helpful. I was attended by Subha. She explained me the options and recommended me the most reasonable option based on the value of the documents I was mailing. Had a very good experience. Recommend USPS any day... And the Alpharetta office too 🙂
- PRpriyanka ramaratnamMay 13, 20262.0Was dropping off a package at 5:43 PM after a long day. I did notice that they close at 6 PM. But tried my best to reach them as soon as I could. The moment I walked in, I noticed I was the only customer inside. A lady who was loading/packing some packages on the side instantly had to pass a remark saying “They all choose to come at the last minute”. I mean, seriously? Have never experienced something rude in any other USPS locations. 2 stars only for the lady who took care of my shipment - she had a smiling face and was nice to me.
