  The customer service at this store is top-notch. The employees go above and beyond to provide for their customers. I am so blessed to have this UPS store in my neighborhood. I mail many packages, and everything always reaches its destination.

  This is the best UPS Store. Very professional team that treats you like family. Always happy to assist customers and goes above and beyond to provide the best customer service. This starts from the top down with Emily leading the way.

  I seriously cannot say enough good things about this UPS Store location. I’m there at least once a week, sometimes more, and every single time the staff is absolutely amazing. They are always friendly, fast, helpful, and somehow manage to stay calm even when the store is packed. Today especially, they completely saved me. I had a last-minute PowerPoint presentation that needed to be printed quickly, and they jumped on it right away without hesitation. Everything came out perfect and they made the whole process feel effortless. Emily is especially incredible. She is always so kind, professional, patient, and genuinely cares about helping people. You can tell she takes pride in what she does, and it really shows. Honestly, the entire staff deserves recognition because they consistently go above and beyond every single visit. It’s rare to find customer service this good anymore. They’ve turned what should be boring errands into one of the easiest and most pleasant parts of my week. I recommend this location to everyone I know. Absolute 10/10 experience every time!
