  I dropped off a package on June 18, 2026 and it never made it to the recipient. The label was created but never scanned again. The UPS Store and UPS corporate just direct you to file a claim, I filed a claim and in under 12 hours it was denied saying that after thorough investigation, they have been unable to locate any evidence that the package was scanned and handled by UPS for shipment. This is insane. No one will help us. If we do not get help to resolve in the next 3 days we will be filing in small claims court.

  The two staff members(gentlemen) working today were incredibly patient and accommodating while I returned multiple Amazon packages.

  I want to relay an awful experience I have had with the UPS store on Old Alabama near Kroger to make sure no one else has a similar experience. This has been going on for nearly 2 months. On December 23, I paid $187 to have my parents' Christmas presents over-nighted to them in Buffalo, with Saturday delivery. (I know, it's crazy but they don't have presents from anyone else and it was my fault for waiting for so long!) They didn't get the presents until Tuesday, well after Christmas. Of course I called UPS corporate customer service and they said to go to the store. I went to the store on 12/26 and they did a GSR, which is a request for a refund and said because it was delayed twice, once due to "too many packages" and once due to weather, that I would have a check in 5-7 days. If it was just because of weather, I wouldn't. I have been following up with the store regularly - I called four times since and each time the man I spoke with looked up the incident and each time just said "oh they are backed up on checks because of so many due to Christmas..." Today I contacted corporate resolution again and they said the store never entered the refund request. I called the store, and they found it in the system and said "well it may have been kicked back when we initially entered it but we have so many emails we may not have seen it and now it's too late.... but I'll call you back." He calls back and says, "This was kicked back and because of the weather delay it won't be paid. Sorry." I was flabbergasted: I have been told 5 separate times over the last 6 weeks that a check is in the mail and to just wait. Of course I was getting upset. He said he "assumed" several times, which just tells you he never actually checked on anything. Instead of being professional, the store manager told me "there's more to life" and other incredibly insulting and immature things. He raised his voice at the end of the conversation and said he would not give me the owner's name or contact information. It's one thing to not get the refund because the store and corporate have a messed up process or because someone actually just made a mistake; it's another thing to be insulted on top of it.
