- JRJessica Roscom4 days ago1.0I went to this location because they have a self-service Amazon return kiosk. When I arrived, there was no one in the store, but as I started using the kiosk, a line quickly formed behind me. After scanning my first return, I found that the kiosk was broken. I ended up waiting in line for over 25 minutes which ate up most of my lunch break. When I finally reached the counter, I let the employee know the machine wasn't working. She responded saying she already knew and when I asked her why there wasn't an out of order sign , she just looked at me and said she wasn't "allowed" to post a sign. I almost never leave reviews, but this is honestly the worst service I've ever received at any UPS.

Regularly assess additional unposted charges for printing return labels, which is not been my experience at any other UPS Store location. Choose FedEx location instead or make the trip elsewhere.
