- AWAndrew WhiteAug 9, 20211.0Amazon return was dropped off at this location. A receipt was then given back to me with a UPS tracking number. (2) weeks later the refund from Amazon had not been given. Luckily I kept my receipt from the UPS store that showed my tracking number. The tracking showed that only the label had been created and never left the store. After speaking with Carol the store manager, she stated that it was my duty to "call" Amazon and track down my refund and shipment that they lost. She went on to state that the UPS stores only duty was to give a receipt and the responsibility was then on me to make sure the UPS Store and UPS handled the shipment as they should. Carol was more interested in speaking over me, telling me how long she had owned the business, and it wasn't the UPS Stores responsibility after they handed me a receipt with a tracking number. I look forward to your comment Carol.

Cameron and Carol always remember my name and go above and beyond to help me from something as complicated as packing an item to ship to as simple as answering a question. I’ve been coming here for almost 10 years and I couldn’t imagine doing business of this importance with any other Ups store. I’m super thankful for all their help and I highly recommend them.
