- MMMilliah6 days ago1.0This location has new owners and it’s awful now. The staff are rude and uncaring. For the last 3 weeks every time I go in to ship a package they tell me that I’m not in the system anymore and I have to hand over my license and go through account setup each time. This is a HUGE waste of time. They tried to blame me for giving them the wrong phone number - I only have one that I have had for 30 years! It’s not me that’s broken it’s them. They blamed corporate - why? Who knows but I have a corporate account too! They didn’t even try to look it up any other way. And the way they handled it was unacceptable. I will now ship with fedex or USPS, or any other UPS store. Just not the same caring experience as it used to be.

The women at the front counter willfully watched me struggle for several minutes while I tried to open the door when carrying two heavy packages. I finally wrenched it open while leaning against the window and managed to lurch into the doorway. They were staring directly at me and said, “sorry we couldn’t get the door.” When did basic politeness stop being a thing?!

- AGAshana ghaiJun 22, 20261.0I’m not really sure what the drama is at this store but everytime I come in or my mother comes in they don’t say hi or greet us. But then when someone else (of another race) walks in they openly greet them. It’s 2026, why are we picking and choosing which color human we want to greet and respect? I hate coming to this store but it’s the closest location. Atleast the men that work here are sweet.
