I went into the UPS store to have a letter notarized, Hazel told me that you could not notarize a handwritten letter "state law". I looked that up on the Secretary of State website and that is in fact not true, I realize a notary public does not have to notarize anything they're not comfortable with so, I went back into the store to confirm Hazel was just not comfortable notarizing a handwritten letter and that it was not state law, so I could take my business elsewhere and not have to go find a computer and printer to type a letter that needed notarized. I absolutely would not have left this review if she had not continued to lie to me, lying to people is bad business in my opinion. I have since had the letter notarized at another UPS store with no problem and thank goodness I didn't listened to Hazel. If you need something notarized I strongly suggest going to another UPS store!

I’ve been going to this UPS Store for 14 years and I’ve always received the best customer service from the staff. It’s always a pleasure when the woman who I’ve seen working there just as long as I’ve been going there, because of her is why I remain a loyal customer. A big special Thank You to you . *****UPDATE ****** for some reason I cannot add another review for the same store.. I was there yesterday Monday 8/3 and I had the pleasure of meeting Faye , she was very helpful with assisting when I was having difficulty with a label for my package. She was understanding and offered several solutions rather than leaving me to figure it out. This store has a great staff and I want Faye to get her star as well. Keep up the good work everyone **** Always Nadine
