Even though this location advertises notary services, the notary was not available when I went in. That itself is understandable — what was absolutely unacceptable was the attitude of the employee. She told me, “We don’t have notary service.” When I simply asked why, she responded very rudely and aggressively, “WHAT DO YOU MEAN, WHY?!” There was absolutely no reason to speak to a customer that way. I was simply asking a normal question about a service this location is supposed to provide. Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. I definitely do not recommend this location.
