  Arguably, handling Amazon shipments isn’t a great business to be in (the margins are thin and the work is transactional). But when customer drop‑offs aren't handled with basic courtesy, you end up with reviews like this. The aging father is consistently polite and often goes the extra mile, but the son needs to recognize that customers aren’t expecting white‑glove service. They’re simply looking for everyday professionalism.

  As other reviewers have stated this place has the WORST customer service. I will never go to this UPS location again and would warn others to avoid this place at all costs. They obviously need to close this location or get some new management/owners in place. To make a long story short - I walked in the store shortly before 2 PM on Saturday (before their posted closing time) to simply drop off a few prepaid packages. There were also other customers in the store at that time. The old lady with a horrible attitude behind the counter said that she could NOT accept my packages because she was closing for the day (with a condescending smirk on her face). So, I was NOT able to leave my packages. On a side note, as other reviewers have mentioned, they DO NOT answer their phone and most times ignore you when you walk in the store. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this place.
