But when customer drop‑offs aren't handled with basic courtesy, you end up with reviews like this. The aging father is consistently polite and often goes the extra mile, but the son needs to recognize that customers aren’t expecting white‑glove service. They’re simply looking for everyday professionalism.
- PPPaw PawSep 22, 20235.0While I've never purchased anything here since I keep my own shipping supplies, I use them often to drop off Amazon returns and pre-paid/boxed UPS shipments. Despite this, the guys are always friendly and helpful. I was in there a couple days ago and we were joking about the old terrible ownership/staff about 10 years ago and the guy who worked there that was always barefoot and supposedly brought his pig to work LOL glad these guys are running the store now...top notch service!

Online says 8am opening but when I got there the hours on the door said 9am! I was completely pissed off for wasting my time! FIX THIS!
