  Cheerfully walked in with a few Happy Returns items in their original packages ready be scanned and shipped. The man behind the counter was very rude and shook his head/rolled his eyes at me quite a few times. His communication was condescending. At the end I walked out and kindly said “I hope your day gets better”… I won’t be returning to this store, will start going to another location.

  I come to this UPS Store often, and the customer service is consistently frustrating. Employees frequently don’t even acknowledge you when you walk in, even when you’re the only customer in the entire store and they constantly push you to use the self-service Amazon kiosk rather than simply helping you at the counter. The kiosk is great as an option, but it shouldn’t feel like it’s being used so employees don’t have to do their job. If I’m coming into a staffed UPS Store during normal business hours, I shouldn’t feel like asking an employee to process my return is an inconvenience to them. Unfortunately, this has happened often enough at this location that it’s become a pattern.

  Very nice store with courteous and friendly staff. They guide the customers well and make the experience easy and smooth.

  I wish there was something called as no rating. This is what this UPS store location is all about. These people are of Indian origin and they have been big time racist catering only to the whites that walked into the store and made me wait until all of them were done. Looks like they are a husband and wife and trying to shield each other when they could not live upto the standards. They have no soft skills, no kindness and no genuine way of meeting and greeting people. I went for a basic print-out and they made a fiasco in printing and did not own up to their doing (no accountability). Instead, they had the audacity to argue and team up together and refuse to shoot a print-out. I realized they didn’t even know how to use the computer and shoot a print-out. They could not customize the print out by saying that they don’t have a computer that could do so. Very disappointing.
