Customer service can greatly improve. I asked for a cart because I had 5 large, very heavy duffle bags I had to mail out along with 3 heavy boxes (pointing towards my open trunk full of them). The man’s response was that because the carts had other boxes on them (just 4 small boxes on the closest one), that I should just “drag them inside” instead. I’m a visibly pregnant young woman and this response lacked the friendly custom service that I would hope for when asking for help. I understand it’s hard when a store is busy, but if someone asks for help or a cart, it’s likely because they need it. Fortunately a nice customer saw me struggling and helped me.

The person in front of me in line was doing an Amazon return and the employee explained they can't ship it in a clear bag since it will tear, and when the customer left to get the box the employee acted so disgusted and annoyed and said "people have no sense." If you hate your customers that much, QUIT.
