Zach, Laith, and Malik are absolutely amazing! I drive from another area just to deal with them directly. This store will always have me and my family’s business!

Zack is extremely helpful. I picked up business cards at rush, no extra fees. Very helpful and worked with me through the entire process. This is THE spot for all your printing needs. I wouldn’t go anywhere else, even though there are many printing shops near me (30 minute drive), I would only go here.

These guys are the best! Zach has gone above and beyond multiple times with my shipping urgencies and everyone in the store is extremely nice and efficient. Thank you! This is not your average UPS store.

Zach, Mike, and Leath provide outstanding service at UPS. They are friendly, professional, and always quick and efficient. I especially appreciate that this location stays open until 8 PM and has convenient late hours on weekends. Even when they are busy, I rarely have to stand in line because the staff works so quickly. Excellent customer service every time!

Employees are friendly and helpful which is why the few stars but the UPS store prices are always so unreasonable. They are quite literally double the price of USPS and they don't get there any sooner or more reliably. It seems the prices start at $14 for anything, including shipping an item less than 1lb in a little bubble mailer a whopping 37 miles. This is $7 at usps and gets there in 3 days. You cannot possibly think your service is worth double the money. I walked out after they wanted $22 for a signature confirmation/return receipt on a tiny check in an envelope. USPS is $9. Honestly get real with your pricing.
