  10/10 - this is the BEST UPS to do business with. They are open on Sundays, they are open late, their WiFi works, Zach has the best customer service in the industry. Highly recommend.

  I had a wonderful experience with UPS Store at North Point! I emailed them a decorative picture to print, and the finished result looks absolutely amazing. The quality, colors, and overall presentation turned out beautifully. They did a fantastic job, and I’m very happy with the service. Highly recommend UPS for quality printing and great customer service!

  Sammy and his team are the best. We needed a last minute option to ship an entire apartment of boxes on move out day. He was attentive, efficient and helped control costs. Clean, highly organized store that places the customer first. Can't reccomend enough for shipping in Alpharetta.

  I have to give a standing ovation to owner Zach (and his team) at this UPS location near Northpoint Mall. I use this location and often drive from Canton to do business with them because I know that it will be done correctly. Yesterday, I had a VERY complicated international shipping project to be done (dealing with Western Australia). It was super time consuming and a somewhat unusual situation with complicated labels and paperwork, trying to interface with a foreign governmental entity. Most businesses would have become frustrated with the amount of time required to accomplish the task (and probably shown me the door)....but not Zach. He and his team exhibited nothing but stellar professionalism and patience as a myriad of steps were taken to complete the project. Only with his help was I able to walk out of the store knowing that the task was completed correctly and finalized. So thankful. I must add that it's worth walking into this store just to smell the incredible aromatherapy that they have inside. It's like a spa. That too lended to my being able to stay calm, cool and collected under shipping duress. Thanks again Zach and team for helping my day end on a note of task accomplishment!
