Her conduct during the phone conversation was unprofessional, dismissive, and inappropriate. Unfortunately, she was unable to assist with the issues for which I was seeking support. My company spends a significant amount of money printing with Staples locations across the country, which made this experience particularly disappointing. It is concerning to have a representative interacting directly with customers while demonstrating such a lack of professionalism and customer care. I respectfully request that this matter be addressed seriously, as experiences like this can negatively impact customer trust and long-term business relationships.
