Yeah, great work very professional and super convenient for my business. They do a lot of other things by side printing which for launching my new Jim, Snap Fitness and Cumming I’m gonna be using their business quite a bit.

Huge thank you to Minuteman Press for helping our family with celebration of life memorial cards and bookmarks this week. The quality turned out beautiful, and when my mom actually cried when she picked them up said it all because they were exactly what she hoped for. We truly appreciate the kindness, patience and care during such an emotional time. ❤️

Not sure if they’re too busy for more business or do not know how to provide customer service. Jimmy is not an easy individual to work with and would not respond to my texts for a while and then told me he was too busy and can nice me a quote later. So that was over a week ago and I am yet to receive a quote. While another place has designed my piece and it is ready to be picked up. Wish they had better sales people there. I’ve met the owner and he was great.

This was my first time working with Minuetman Press and they were great. Amazing customer service, professional, great response time and even received my product next day! So happy with the outcome of everything. They’ll definitely be my go to for all business printing needs.

It pains me to write this, as everyone has been very friendly. I have spent 2 months trying to get a brochure project off the ground and have had far too many problems. -My project manager quit as soon as my project was taken on. -My project was moved to another store without my input. -Despite a mutually agreed upon timeline and project process, no deadline has been met. No progress has been made in 2 months!!! -Every time I attempt to move forward or follow up, I'm told: (exact quotes) "Yes, we are still on target. I will try sending it again.".... with nothing getting sent. OR "I will have everything to you this evening."... with nothing getting sent. This has gone on for over a month. Unless you're doing something very simple, forget about Minuteman Press...And for those things, there's better options on the internet.
