I appreciate their HIGH LEVEL of customer service and as a Supervisor for Hapag-Lloyd as we do a large volume of business with FedEx I appreciate them taking the time to escalate my concern to their management team due to an error that occurred via FedEx due to my delivery not being delivered as requested. This is EXCELLENT customer service as its finest and please make sure to give them kudos were do as well as the Manager who assisted in approving the pick up of my package. Thank you everyone!!!!!
