  I went to this store and the woman named Yvette literally told me “we do not want your business here please go to UPS, we do not want to work today.”

  Yvette that works here is the most disrespectful and ugly attitude of any FedEx worker I have ever seen. Take your package literally anywhere else in the world before coming to this 2.1 star FedEx.

  “I was welcomed politely when I came to this FedEx location, but unfortunately no one really tried to help me. I needed assistance with a shipping label, and although it seemed like they could have helped, they quickly said no without making any effort. I left disappointed with the customer service.

  Do you want to feel like your money is not appreciated? Try to print something in this location. Usually Fedex service is not the best in their stores, but this store is beyond that. The lady in the printing area always find a way to avoid the work, even charging extra ridiculous fees and adding 24 hours extra service to print 15 copies of tabloid size paper from a code I provided. She just need to pull the code and hit enter and the doc will print, but…. She needs 24 hours to do that. As a customer, this only tells me how lazy this lady is. Is not the first time she does that. I mean, if you hate your job, quit. I am not asking for free service but I refuse to pay for extra fees and wait extra time because this lady just doesn’t want to do her job. This store’s manager needs to train better. Stop saving cents and invest time in train your team in better customer service. Fedex, you can do better. And for whoever is reading this, unless you enjoy being treated really bad, find another place to do your shipping/printing services. Try supporting a small business. I can guarantee you, they will treat you better than this lady.

  I wish I could give this place zero stars as they are terrible and horrible with customer service. I attempted to use print and go and the system kept crashing and the manager was a jerk about helping me and refused to print it behind the counter. It’s not my fault the system for self service was not working properly. I needed my medical documentation printed that’s it. I won’t ever be back. FedEx used to carry a higher standard but not so much anymore.
