I was completely overcharged in-store, paying $82 for an item that is clearly listed for $57 online, a blueprint printing job. To make matters worse, the staff refused to honor valid in-store coupons, and because I bought it at the counter, I wasn't able to use an online coupon that would have saved me even more money. On top of the massive price discrepancy, they tacked on a "priority fee" without ever mentioning it or asking for my consent. I did not request this premium service and only found out after looking at my receipt. Total lack of transparency and terrible customer service. I won't be coming back.

She quoted me $97 for my prints and quoted a 24-hour turnaround. Based on my experience, I’d recommend considering a different location.

I unfortunately don't recall her name, but she was kind and helpful and it was very appreciated on a hard task. The photo quality and color were also perfect, and we were able to pick it up on the same day it was ordered.
