Despite having multiple employees behind the counter, no one acknowledged or offered to help. They appeared to be standing at their computers, but there was little sense of urgency or customer service.

I was completely overcharged in-store, paying $82 for an item that is clearly listed for $57 online, a blueprint printing job. To make matters worse, the staff refused to honor valid in-store coupons, and because I bought it at the counter, I wasn't able to use an online coupon that would have saved me even more money. On top of the massive price discrepancy, they tacked on a "priority fee" without ever mentioning it or asking for my consent. I did not request this premium service and only found out after looking at my receipt. Total lack of transparency and terrible customer service. I won't be coming back.
