- KKKHYLA KIERA2 days ago1.0This usps is HOT ! NO A.C !! And this location is supposed to have walk in passport service available but today the sign in the area for passports read “ no passport services today” like WHAT ?!?! the clerk asked me to step to the side as she proceeded to help several other guests even though I was there first which was very irritating but I remained patient because she seemed to be the only person there (mind you I was there for over 20 mins) I asked the clerk if there was someone else who could assist and she stated she called for help but “ain’t nobody coming” she didn’t lie because nobody ever came and when someone did come it was not to be helpful. The woman who came had boho broads and glasses, she came from the back on her cell phone and fiddled with stuff at the counter but didn’t actually help any of the people behind me or ask the clerk if she needed help. This lady actually stood behind the clerk while the clerk took care of the guests. SHE WAS NO HELP AT ALL !!! It’s summertime in Georgia ! The AC needs to be fixed, that clerk needs a raise and the boho braid lady needs a lesson in teamwork… oh and the postmaster needs to be terminated!

You lost an important court letter of mine, even though I’ve lived at the same address for three years; yet, according to her, I’m supposed to update my address every year. Please hire qualified people for these positions—not just anyone who can't actually solve a problem.

But yall need to take that issue with the higher ups so they can remove the Sunday delivery option. Which is my only day off to not let a package sit at my door step for hours.
