Michelle is doing a great job for you. She was alone in the store this morning and still moving customers through with as much speed as possible and with much grace. You have a very good employee.

I overnighted something on a Monday morning, and paid for it to be delivered Tuesday morning at 8:30. The recipient waited until Wednesday afternoon to tell me he had not gotten it so I had thrown the receipt with the tracking number and all other information. I went in to the UPS store Thursday morning with nothing and Beth went above and beyond helping and called her manager who was off that day. The manager was able to help Beth get my tracking number along with a delivery date AND time it was delivered to and asked if I wanted to start the process of a lost package. The recipient HAD gotten it and didn't see it so it the refund was not needed. Madi called me this morning to follow up on everything to make sure everything was good with my package. Beth and Madi made my life so much easier during this stressful time. Give those girls a raise!

The time to go is at 8:00 am when they first open. There was absolutely no wait whatsoever. The woman working the counter was very pleasant and greeted me with a smile. So less crowded than The UPS Store up near the mall.
