So I left. All of fedex employees do not listen to their directions from their bosses.

SHEIN even provided me proof that it is my address and mutiple ppl are saying how trash you guys are!
- CHChris HenrySep 1, 20261.0I was at the door with a work package as the clock hit 6pm. The closing time indicated on the door. I fully understand that 6pm was when the facility closed. I made it there just before 6pm. The employee inside saw me about to open the door and locked it. 🤬😡. It was a prepaid shipment for drop-off. All that was needed was for them to scan the label already on it and slap a sticker on. The company I work for literally does hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of shipments through corporate accounts every year. This is the first time I have ever cut it so close and the first time I have had someone do this to me. Shame on you FedEx and your employees. You are worse than USPS. They at least let you in the door if you are there right at or just before closing time. That's three 50lb expedited over night early am air shipments you lost because of a poor employee and their inability to work an extra 60 seconds needed to use a scanner. Loosing three $700 shipments. I don't know how much you pay your employees but I can guarantee it isn't $2,100 every 60 seconds.
