- JHJme HpApr 7, 20234.0Overall I am very happy with the friendly services. Here are several things that I always encounter however that need attention. 1. Prices for mailing packages. One worker finds the best prices, while another usually charges me too much. That is my concern is that I want the lowest bottom line mailing price. It depends on the person doing it. Sometimes it is only two or three dollars, then if I get the wrong person that charges the higher prices it goes up closer to $5 for my mailings. That part needs improvement worker to worker. Make sure everyone on staff understands how to get us the lowest and fairest price. Work as a team. 2. It is also very difficult to get in and out of the "enclosed" parking area. There is only one entrance. I would prefer at least two entrances and exits onto and out of the property. 3. Hutchinson Avenue needs to be smoothed out there in front. There are two huge mounds of extra pavement that causes vehicles to bounce very badly there. That needs to be reworked and smoothed out. It is causing wear and tear on everyone's vehicles. Thank you very much.
