- PIPatricia IrisAug 8, 20265.0They have their hours posted and they are open during those hours. I occasionally have to wait in line but that's true of all government facilities. Personnel are always helpful and that's all I expect.

Yesterday 8/5/26 I saw that a mail that o have been waiting on was showing in informed delivery email and guess what yesterday it rained for hours and yep you got it right no mail at all . I came out this morning thinking they probably just came at night hours and our mail from 8/5/26 hasn’t arrived. What a joke and it’s nothing we can do about it when our mail is missing. Again today no mail received and the mail carrier actually delivered around noon today 8/20/26 it’s now 6:17pm still no mail received I feel like the carrier is doing this on purpose
- RHRae Lynn HessJul 22, 20261.0This place would receive zero stars in my book. Their customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. My husband and I came in with a few packages and some regular mail in envelopes, and one of the clerks had an attitude from the moment we walked up, like she was upset that we had three boxes. The first strike was when she was rude to me about my Depop label. Her exact words were, "I don't care as long as the label prints." Seriously, what kind of customer service is that? The second strike was when my husband handed her several regular envelopes that had "Do Not Bend" stickers on them. She immediately copped an attitude and said, "You do realize these go through a machine, right?" She seemed annoyed that we had put "Do Not Bend" stickers on the envelopes. The worst part was that she deliberately folded one of my husband's envelopes in half right in front of us just to prove her point. Who intentionally damages someone's mail in front of them? Especially when it was for my husband's business he takes pride in his work. My husband asked her, "What are you doing?" and she acted like she didn't care at all. I've never experienced such disrespectful customer service. We definitely won't be returning. Some of the employees need to be fired.
