  The man working this morning absolutely useless and rude. Can’t give any answers about a package and also told me “you not finna to yell at me at 10 am”. First off speak english, not slang your at a job. Secondly it says that package was at this location and you’re saying it’s not and there’s nothing you can do. The package was supposed to be delivered a week ago and never showed up, rescheduled for Friday and again NEVER showed up. That’s a UPS issue at THIS store where it says it is on tracking.

  This USP store did not take any accountability for my delayed package, they passed on the blame to USPS and I lost my money, I paid for 3 days priority, and after1 week my package has still not arrived to its location.

  Was at this location at 10 am and waited until 10 minutes after 10, and the store had t opened. Time is of the essence please open your establishment on time. Scheduled are made for a reason.
