Then she took them and put them in a bag. Now Amazon is saying the item was damaged. I called them and they were just like "we just pack them and ship them" guy was real rude on the phone. I understand they might not have anything to do with Amazon but fact is the lady acted unsure but took them anyways even after I asked if I needed to come back with a box. I don't understand how they ended up damaged or not in their original condition. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE Update: while I appreciate the response, it does not change the fact I am out 100 dollars with no ear buds either.
