  I came in just to do Amazon returns and the woman by Happy returns that also has the Amazon logo on the wall rudely tells me to go to the other side to do my Amazon return, then I do that and I had the rudest encounter I ever had by an employee named Ervin that screams at me telling me that Amazon returns are done at checkout with the most vile face he could possible ever made such a hateful face as if he wanted to punch me. I then walk to the checkout and Malan is there and is the ONLY kind employee that speaks with respect. I don’t know who manages this store but it’s a whole mess, all the employees except Malan don’t know how to respect or honestly even socialize with people.

  Everyone working there is so lost, nobody knows where items are, went to pick up an order and no one will respond to the intercom call to come help a customer with a pick up order. Items show in stock on the website and when you go there they don't have them. Waste of time going there.

  We finished off our daughter’s school shopping and waited in line. By the time it got to us the woman at the register walked off and we assumed she was returning. We are still patiently waiting in line when the first woman at the register walked off. She then come backs and tells us we can walk up to the register and we do. She says no the second one. We did not think it was open due to the employees standing there seeing us in line and still continuing to ignore us while talking amongst themselves. I do believe extra customer service training is needed. I consistently come here for all my school printouts so this level of treatment was surprising.

  Naomi at your checkout/Amazon return desk could use several lessons in customer service. The nice gentleman at Happy Returns said “Amazon return needs to go to checkout” so I walked to checkout and she was incredibly condescending & rolled her eyes & said “it’s not here walk back to the other side of checkout you can see there are signs all over the floor if you just look” like what???? Sorry I wasn’t staring at the floor while walking into the store. I would think you would want employees that treat customers with respect and are helpful, not condescending and rude just because someone isn’t familiar with the process. Owning my own business I’m in this staples frequently (just not for Amazon returns) but I’ll be taking my business where employees treat people with kindness. Extremely disappointed!
