  I get everything I need done at the Staples and they’re always quick to help me. My business is inner Bliss healing and they have not failed on the delivery of my business cards or anything else business related I get from them.

  I wish to God I could tell you that this review is because the quality of their printed material is bad but how would I know? Highly recommended by the internet. Same-day printing. Ordered $961 worth of product at noon. Got a call at 5:30 that they can't print it. The manager supposedly said they were too busy to even look at the orders until now and that's why he was just calling. I wonder why all these big stores are going out of business and everything's going to the internet. His statement: We can cancel it and refund your money or send it out and you'll have it in about 4 days from a professional print shop. In the past I've ordered same-day business cards from the West Cobb store. They very courteously called and told me their cutting machine was broken and offered me a variety of options, including keeping me in the loop on when it was going to be repaired. They called me right after I ordered them, not 5.5 hours after I ordered them, so that I could make decisions if they were urgent. That's how a professional organization does business if they can't fulfill their promises. Stay at least 20 miles away from this location if you actually want your products or any type of service. Update: I called the Canton store to find out if they would be able to fulfill this on Monday. The person was much more polite and forthcoming. He agreed that it was very unprofessional and said they would have called within an hour of receiving the order, but he did say that they also would not have been able to fill it. Staples, even, cannot fill an order of that size for same-day printing. When I asked him why the internet allows you to order something that they're not capable of producing, he said he doesn't know, and it's very frustrating for them as well. This is a ludicrous business practice. They should limit ordering to what they can fulfill. Why would you have someone spend 2 hours uploading documents and images just to have them cancel, rather than just letting them know that you can only fulfill it through your print shop and offering them other options? It's absolutely ludicrous.

  The most unreliable print center I have ever used. Do not order from here. They will tell you a pick up time and when you show up it’s either not ready and delayed until the next day or the prints are totally messed up. I placed an order and was told they’d be ready in an hour. I hadn’t heard anything so I called 6 hours later and was told they wouldn’t be ready until the next day even though I placed the order for same day pick up two hours before the cut off. Needed for an event out of town and couldn’t wait. Asked to speak to a manager and was told actually they’re ready. When I picked them up they were completely off center and cut off and the wrong size and told after already driving there that they could have another store do it and I’d have to wait until the next day. Horrible service. Unreliable and a joke.

  I visited this place for the first time to make an Amazon return, and the smile of the young woman named Malran at the counter made my day. Thanks to her, I’d love to come back. Next time, I’ll come here to buy office supplies instead of just for a return. Thank you, Malran.
