Yes the lines are long but I was here and took longer than expected and the clerks didn’t make it an issue even past closing time. I appreciate their efforts and the supervisor would keep the customers aware and understanding of their staffing deficiencies.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. Trying to get a passport here is an absolute nightmare, if not completely impossible. The employees clearly do not take the customers seriously. They walk around with zero sense of urgency, chat among themselves, and treat you like you are a major inconvenience to their day just for asking a simple question. There is a total lack of professionalism and basic customer service. The root of the problem is clearly a total lack of management. No one seems to be in charge, there is no organization, and the entire passport process is a chaotic mess. If you need a passport or any efficient postal service, save your sanity and go anywhere else but here. Absolutely unacceptable..

This location says that it has a self-service kiosk. If you look at the USPS website and go to this exact location and store it says that there is a self-serve kiosk. I drove 20 minutes because my zip code does not have a postal office so I drove to this one just to use the self-serve kiosk before work started. Drove all the way there and there was no kiosk at all. So not only is the USPS website wrong, they were doing some kind of construction. So I have no idea how long the self-serve kiosk has been out of service or if they ever really even had one. Talk about a waste of time and a completely wasted trip. Now I'm unsure if the USPS website is even up to date for any of their locations and which ones actually do have a real self-serve kiosk. Self-serve kiosks are relied on people who work during normal business hours. I needed to go this morning before the post office was open. That's what the point of the self-serve kiosks are.

The USPS of Zephyrhills Florida is the worse of any USPS office that I have ever visited. I made a change of address on May 29 2026 and never received my mail, it was returned. I personally went to the office to speak to a supervisor and he said “ I will look into it now please wait “. He never came out or had the professionalism to give me feedback. Never saw him. I had to talk to a lawyer who was taking care of passport applications.

This post office in Zephyrhills has a post lady who refused to deliver our mail because we removed our name from our mailbox which isn't legally required might I add. She was completely rude, stole a reflector from our yard and threatened us which we ignored until she stopped delivering our mail at all and fraudulently filled out a form to stop any mail from coming to our address even though we were never rude? We simply have had issues with our neighbors and felt having our name in our mailbox is a privacy concern because said neighbors are actually crazy and their mailbox is right beside ours and I genuinely did not want them potentially looking in our mail box and seeing our names and finding us online and harassing us as they already harrass us in person and constantly fight each other in their yard every night and have been arrested multiple times. I'm not sure why said mail lady took our privacy request this personally and she refused to tell us her name. May I add the rule is pointless because even when our name had been in the mailbox before I noticed she delivered us mail for multiple people who no longer lived there and their name was not in the mail box. Make it make sense. Anyway, we called the post office numerous times and they agreed that was crazy and apologized and talked to the lady and she did not care and continued not delivering our mail. We talked to the police and they asked us to contact the post master in person and tell them what they said at the Zephyrhills location and said post master basically laughed in our face, told us he was above the law and there was nothing we can do about it. We contacted police and apparently they can't legally do anything and they should have referred us to the proper chanel who could do something but they made it apper as if nothing could be done. Did more research and found out the oig? Or something like that I forgot the exact name but I had to research though chat gpt to find the right resource that had authority over them basically. Talked to a sweet lady named Amy she said she talked to them and believes the problem is solved and to contact her if problems arise again. Today is the first time in maybe a month or more we received a piece of mail? Thank you, Amy. Absolutely crazy they think it's okay to treat other people like this and that said mail carrier wasn't fired. I've never had a problem with any other mail lady or have never been asked to have my full legal name in a mailbox which I also do not post online. No one should be threatened for requesting privacy.
