- FFFernando5 days ago1.0The official usps website says this location has a self service machine. Turns out they don’t. An employee said someone broke it and they don’t plan to replace it. So if you are coming out here for that, don’t. The line was out the door, no exaggeration. With people like myself, who simply needed a QR code scanned. On top of that, they had one person working. If they are running low staff they need to replace the machine. Very inefficient process. We really need another post office in the area.
- JWJennifer WillPrevail6 days ago1.0All the staff are MEAN, God forgive me but they are ALL just plain MEAN !!! And they can’t and won’t help anyone !!!! They were supposed forward our mail to the San Antonio Post Office but all they did was RETURN TO SENDER EVERYTHING !!!! They ALL NEED TO BE FIRED and they NEED hire all new people who CARE and DO THEIR JOB !!!! So GLAD I won’t have them as our main Post Office !!!! They are the WORST of the WORST!!! I am a Christian and for me to be like this and say these things, should let you KNOW how terrible this place is !!! The place used to be ok but within the last 3 to 4 years, the faces have changed behind the counter and they have had MORE Post Masters in the last couple years then they’ve had the whole time they have been open, that should tell you EVERYTHING you NEED to know !! I TRULY PRAY that the Higher Ups READ this comment and CLEAN HOUSE

I waited in line for 20 minutes and the guy at the counter refused to print my label because I didn’t have a QR code. I could have emailed it to him or sent it in anyway and he could have printed it but he just didn’t want to. Probably miserable at home and life in general, is my assumption.

- LLLorigay LaskinAug 1, 20261.0Had a passport appointment for 10:30 - they start at 10. The person who does the passports does not come in intil 10:30. You are told by the front clerk that the person will start with all appointments prior to you before they get to you. If there is a line, you need to wait in line to be told to go sit and wait until the person gets here. There should be a sign that just states - Passports: Please have a seat until called. Well - now it is after 10:30 and there is no one from passports in the building yet. This is not rating all of USPS - just the location in Zephyrhills.
