  It was not even 630 and the door was locked. The lady behind the desk just looked at me. I’ll never return to this location. How unprofessional.

  Will never use a UPS Store again for package delivery. On July 15, 2026, I went to the UPS Store on William Burgess Blvd to send a package to Brunswick, GA, about 50 miles from Yulee. I planned to send it by express mail, but staff advised me it would arrive the next day by ground transportation. Unfortunately, I followed their recommendation. Eight days later, the package still had not been delivered. When I returned to the store to ask why I could not track it, I was told there was no tracking available after the package left their location. Because the package contained a USPS money order, locating it was important. On July 23, 2026, I was advised to file a claim so the package could be tracked and to include any USPS fees for tracking the money order. I filed a USPS claim, paid $23 to track the original money order, purchased a new money order, and filed a UPS claim that included the $23 fee. I then reconstructed the package and sent it by Federal Express. The next day, the UPS package was mysteriously delivered along with the FedEx package. UPS later sent me a letter denying my claim for the $23 fee because the package had eventually been delivered after eight days. They showed no consideration for the time and extra expense caused by their failure. I will not use their services again.

  Highly DONT recommend this location. The lady at the front desk, Shelly, was completely rude and unhelpful. I had an Amazon return package and scanned the wrong barcode and she basically told me there was nothing she can do. No solution or nothing and then gave me attitude about it. I called the store and the “owner” told me she could have just started the transaction over again. There was no one in line behind me so I wasn’t inconveniencing other people. She was just anger 11am in the morning for no reason. The “owner” I talked to should honestly feel ashamed that so many have clearly complained about this lady and they still choose to let her run this store. I would rather go to a different location with helpful employees who are happy with their jobs and want to actually HELP the customers!

  Made a quick stop at my local UPS store today. I had several packages to mail. I was so thrilled and thankful for the professionalism of the store team. I happened to go during a slight midday rush but the services received were still top notch. Everyone worked together and supported each other. I’m so glad I use UPS for my personal and business needs!!!
