  Personnel working have rude attitudes. They clearly have no interest in helping you, acting like the postage and Amazon police as soon as you walk in. The store owner’s response is a complete mischaracterization of what happened. I remained respectful throughout, and the reality of the interaction is deeply concerning.After I printed the shipping label at the kiosk, an associate ran out from behind the counter in less than a few minutes. She tried to grab the printed shipping label directly out of my hand and aggressively positioned herself very close to both me and my children.As the owner openly admits in their response, they demanded I leave my printed label behind and went as far as putting the package on their 'manifest stating that we are shipping it by UPS'—despite the fact that I left the store with my item and my label. Charging a manifest for an item that never left the store with UPS is a highly questionable business practice.Furthermore, management's response calling me 'very belligerent' and using sarcastic phrasing is incredibly unprofessional. Defensively referencing my children witnessing their associate's aggressive behavior in a public forum is an unacceptable attempt to cover up poor staff conduct. I am updating this to warn other families and Amazon customers about this location's hostile environment, unprofessional management, and problematic processing procedures

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an excellent experience at The UPS Store at Wildlight! We needed several important documents notarized, and the owner, Shelly Frazier, was absolutely wonderful. She was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, accommodating, and efficient, and she made us feel completely welcome and at ease. It’s refreshing to receive such warm, professional, and genuinely caring customer service. Shelly made the entire process easy and stress-free. We highly recommend her and The UPS Store at Wildlight — we will definitely be back!

  I needed a homeschool book rebound, I called beforehand to make sure this was something they could take care of and less than 24 hours later have a beautiful freshly bound book and didn’t even have to miss a day of lessons. Susan went above and beyond to get us taken care of and I’m a grateful. Highly recommend this shop for any shipping or printing needs.

  Susan at the front desk was the most rudest person I’ve ever had to deal with in my entire life. My son a two year-old was obviously being a two year-old and she kept telling him to stop doing things as he was just being a child. I understand that this is a business but being disrespectful and just plain rude it’s unacceptable. It was already a stressful situation but she did not do anything but make me feel worse about my kid already doing everything I have told him not to do. So Susan thank you for doing nothing to help. You should find another job. Notarizing could use someone else.

  I don’t normally leave reviews but my experience at my local UPS store today was so bad I just had to. My family has gone to this UPS store before it has told me that it was bad, but I didn’t know until I gone myself and had the displeasure of meeting Shelley, the manager. Be careful around this one. She’s trying to push boxes on the people at $25 a pop. Unbelievable I just wanted to return something to Amazon And she said my box was no good and was extremely rude to me. Honestly, I don’t think their boxes are that good. They look kind of thin and cheap. My box was of the highest quality from Home Depot. And I’m very offended that she didn’t like my box. I will be taking my business to Staples or a different UPS location in the future.
