I have went up there numerous times, even called the USPS phone for help, but they can not locate it. I talked to the same lady today who initially lost the package last week. I am most bothered not because it is lost, but for her rude tone when she spoke to me, when I honestly believe it is her fault that this has happened since she was the one handling my packages. She was very sassy and spoke "smart" because I didn't have the receipt, which I will say was my fault for not having on hand, but I have never had this issue over the years of coming here so I tossed it. But she didn't have to be so rude about it. USPS as a whole can't even find the package in any system at all. Sadly, this is the only post office in my area that can take my packages. They could use a lot of improvement as well as manners.

The worker was nasty, rolling his eyes, making rude remarks and just not being kind at all. He cut me off when I asked questions, and seemed very annoyed and disgruntled that he had to help me at all. I am so unbelievably disappointed and appalled at the service today.
