  This place is.. barely functional. Every employee has an off putting persona. I have been here through failed deliveries - no fault of the staff. The latino gentleman who works here is a little clueless. Wouldn't have even gotten my license back if I didn't physically retrieve it from behind the keyboard where he'd forgotten it. Went in recently to print due to a broken printer at home. 0.20 per page is reasonable. $5 for 6 pages is a scam. Apparently there is a $3.00 charge for using their computer- I didn't, I brought my own laptop. The...quiet chaos of this place seems to stem from overworked, apathetic employees, and a lack of streamlining for the plethora of services offered. Never thought I'd be so peeved about UPS interactions lol. Go to the one in Oviedo to save yourself some headache.

  This wasn't my first time dropping off Amazon packages at this location, but today’s experience was very different. I received extremely disappointing customer service from a woman whose name I didn’t catch and whom I had never seen there before, but I would say she is the owner. She was extremely rude and implied I was lying when I explained that I had previously been given a piece of tape to close my box. She insisted, “My employees don’t do that,” I even told her that I understood what she said and going forward I will use my own tape but asked if she could just help me this time since I was at the store already instead of having me to go back and forth but she then suggested that this could be a scam. I explained that I had the box, all of its components, and the QR code, but she refused to listen and “thanked” me for coming in, clearly trying to get me to leave. Ma'am, your employees do a better job than you do. They care about customers, and it's very evident you don't. I wonder how you treat your poor employees. I have never experienced this kind of treatment at this location before. If this is how you choose to treat your customers, you should seriously reconsider how you are running your store. Shame on you. I will avoid this location going forward. I'd rather drive a couple of extra miles for a better customer service.

  I have been to this location multiple times but avoid unless I absolutely cannot. The staff at this location are the rudest at any shipping store I've ever been to - I avoid this location as much as feasible. Today, a visit here was unavoidable. It was as predicted: a horrible experience with rude counter help. Never again. Avoid this location like the plague.

  Would give 0 if I could no wonder this location has a 2.8. Horrible customer service wouldn't take my return even though it was boxed and I had amazon QR code. Told me I had to "buy" a box. Ridiculous.
