- ECEmily CerianaAug 21, 20261.0The people who work here are extremely rude. They don’t give any grace if you don’t have everything available and ready right when you walk in the door. They’re very rushed, even when nobody is in the store. I will drive out of my way to find a different UPS store and I’m not planning on returning to this one. I see from other posts this is normal. That’s a shame. I didn’t get that far, but I see they constantly try to upsell people on boxes- I was told I didn’t need anything other than the box my return was bought in, and would have also walked out if they pushed on that.

It is now 9:05 and they’re still locked up. I don’t have time for this… only going to the one on Tree Swallow from now on.. they open at 8:30!!
