- AAAlexAug 22, 20261.0They close 5 minutes early on Saturdays so be prepared! Too bad the employees behind the counter (esp. the woman) weren’t friendlier, but they really don’t want to be there. Even my daily packages take an extra day leaving there…THIS locale needs a morale boost.
- RRRenAug 18, 20261.0Terrible customer service an attitude from the clerk. She was so rude and condescending. I was already having a rough day and crying when I came in and she just added to it when I had concerns about adding a bunch of details for customs and told me "I can take my attitude and go somewhere else!" My main concern was that I did not want my package stolen by adding in too much information on my package. I asked how much it was to ship and she padded the bill. I was shipping 1 small ring and she told me before tracking it was over $ 62.00 I can't imagine what the cost would've been with tracking to go to Canada. That price was padded and not correct because I have shipped internally before. Do not go here. Between the attitude, aggression, and telling me to go somewhere else, I will absolutely drive the extra miles to go anywhere else.
