- BBBrandon Benjamin1 day ago1.0They offer express shipping but don't even ship it within 1-3 days. They then try to tel Lyon that you can get a refund but you have to wait for someone else to call you back. They pretty much wait to call you back in hopes that you forgot all about it. The customer service line is no help and they pretty much tell you that they have no way to track a package other than the last place it's been but they can't track down what vehicle is delivering it.

This lady literally just pushed the package back at me, it almost fell off the counter. If you go to Casselberry or Goldenrod they will actual try to help you and are so nice.
