- ACAlexandra Carlisle6 days ago1.0I’ve been to this post office several times, and the service has generally been okay. But my experience this morning was extremely unpleasant. This was my first time interacting with this particular employee, although I’ve noticed that she often looks rather unfriendly. While I was waiting in line, she was sitting there casually applying lip balm, taking her time, even though customers were waiting. However, once she started helping me, she suddenly became very impatient and kept rushing me to confirm everything and make my payment. Her attitude made me feel extremely uncomfortable. The way she spoke to me felt unnecessarily harsh and almost as if I had done something wrong. What bothered me the most was that she seemed to treat different customers very differently. I understand that everyone has a bad day, but basic courtesy and professionalism should be consistent with every customer. I hope management pays attention to this, because no customer should leave a post office feeling uncomfortable or disrespected.
