Great USPS location! Even with a long line, the service was fast. The staff was friendly, efficient, and very helpful. Highly recommend!

EDIT: did receive my package that was of course on the truck. added some pictures of the lovely way it was delivered to me. sad that my last package from her was destroyed like this and my letter and art crumpled. first would like to say that multiple packages that have been delivered to my address have been destroyed and shoved into the tiny mailbox my apartment provides even when they CLEARLY say “do not bend”. I’d rather have to go to the post office when possible than receive my documents bent. their latest gift to me was losing a piece of mail sent to me by a family member who is now deceased that included a hand written letter and art from that person. Spoke in person with a manager, shame on me for not getting a name but was told by another employee this was “Ralph”, who assured me he would call me back no later than next day. Come to find out he isn’t even there on Fridays. Well now they’re closed the next day and I never received an update. Called their exact location’s number multiple times just for no one to ever pick up until finally, after 6 attempts and no way to leave a voicemail, a woman picked up and told me she would call back within 20 minutes after taking my information. Again, shame on me for not getting her name. Lo and behold, no returned call now after 50 minutes and now of course they’re closed until Monday. At least the front desk young man was helpful the day I came in person and prompt to get someone for me but the lack of compassion most people have there is just sad. I waited for this mail piece for just under a week (which is fine, no rush) and they can’t even locate where it is but there of course was a suggestion that surely I must have received it and did I make sure I checked everywhere possible? I understand you people are likely overworked and maybe understaffed but I wish you could take the time to actually care about the mail people are looking for and are looking forward to receiving.

What is the point of a line if they let people behind you jump in the front of line for a pick up that takes 10 minutes to resolve? I was waiting in line for 35 minutes to drop off a package that takes less than 30 seconds to do. Absolutely ridiculous.
