I dont have animals or fence .. usps need a 24hr phone number to track down drivers for important packages !!!!!!!!!!!

When the handle on the parcel bin in the lobby broke, it took almost a year to get it “fixed”. Now the doors that are closest to the service counter inside and handicap parking outside have not worked in over 6 months . I go at night and often use the self service machine in the lobby. Last week as I approached the doors to the far left near the PO Boxes just as I was about to enter I saw a homeless (?) person on the floor between the only working doors and the self service machines so I left without taking care of business . Seems like it would actually be a fire safety hazard to have the doors closest to the handicap parking non operational . (Or any doors in a commercial building for that matter)
