  Was ignored at the printing station by a white and Hispanic girl and had to call for them to help me they just gave me instructions then kept talking while not doing much work

  Don’t waste your time with this Staples location or any of them, really. I placed a 30 minute pickup order online. The item I need is out of stock at the location closest to me but was in stock at the Winter Haven location. I drove 45 minutes out of my way after work just for them to say that my ordered hasn’t even processed. It processed enough for the money to be gone from my bank account. Don’t say “Ready in 30 minutes!” if that isn’t true. The employee was not helpful at all and told me to “call customer service.” A waste of my time and gas, and I will have to drive back whenever my order is ready (who knows when that will be)! I won’t ever spend another penny at any Staples ever again.

  I don’t utilize this location often and to be honest I will not be using it again! I came in on a Sunday afternoon before 4:30 to have 15 papers printed out, this is something that I have had done in the Tampa location multiple times and this was done on a Sunday after 5pm. The woman working the print area told me that because it is after 4:30 on a Sunday she can not print the papers. It was not quite 4:30 at the time and no where close to 6pm. When I asked her why the other location was able to do it and not this one she said her system would not allow it. She then rolled her eyes at me, and I told her just because you don’t want to do it doesn’t make it where you can’t do it, there’s a difference and please stop rolling your eyes at customers. I then tried to speak to a manager and he also didn’t understand why the system wouldn’t work. All I’m saying is that this needs to be addressed! But don’t worry I will not be back!

  How many retail establishments do you check your receipts at? If none or some, go ahead and add this Staples to your list. Charged multiple times (not just once) for a single product. At worst, this is outright theft and disregard for people’s right to their own property and value. At best, this is negligence against the same. None of which are acceptable and should be completely annulled from a society with any semblance of freedom or honesty. I will not shop at an establishment that employs incompetent or larcenous people. I will not contribute to those who degrade our society. May this review assist you in making the right choice, nevertheless how small or seemingly insignificant.
