Ridge Security Title Inc., has been in operation since 2002, and is locally owned and operated in Polk County. We are members of the Haines City Chamber of Commerce, the American Land Title Association, and have a good working relationship with many of the local realtors and financial institutions.
Ridge Security Title can handle all types of real estate settlements, from residential to commercial and mobile homes with land. Our employees have strong lending backgrounds with many years of experience. We are knowledgeable in all aspects of the loan origination and closing process and are available to assist with all of your title insurance needs.
