  Karly was a joy to speak with and set up the appointment. And, Michael was such a gentleman helping with the actual shredding of the papers. Business shredding needs to be cared for properly, and you can tell they take the job seriously. I am a networker and love to refer others to the right people! Thank you again!

  I chose not to move forward with Crown Information Management due to a very pushy and uncomfortable sales process. Despite clearly communicating that the agreement was under internal and legal review, Matt Malone continued to follow up aggressively and applied pressure by repeatedly referencing “special concessions” and executive approvals. This was unnecessary and made the process feel more like coercion than a professional vendor relationship. What should have been a routine procurement review became stressful and unpleasant. We ultimately found better pricing and significantly more respectful, receptive service with another provider. Based on this experience, I would not recommend Crown Information Management to organizations expecting patience and professionalism during their decision‑making process.

  Very reliable and easy to work with. They gave a clear and detailed quote upfront, including pricing and payment details, which I really appreciated.   This is for order #0130514. The service tech. Rey Diaz did an excellent job. Considering the number of boxes to shred, he did the work of two people by himself. He was professional and friendly. He is an asset to your organization.

  I am very pleased to say it was a pleasure to have Crown take care of all my paperwork that needed shredding! They called before they came and were on time for my appointment. I can’t believe how quick it took to get it all done!
