Jancarlo, one of the employees, assisted me in an incredibly kind and generous way. He explained that he would be happy to help me prepare my package. He told me that the USPS is not just a company focused on profit, but a public service established by the United States Constitution. In his view, both the USPS and its employees have a duty to help people whenever they can. I was truly impressed by his assistance, his patriotism, and his professionalism. The world needs more people like Jancarlo.
