- ABAnna B3 days ago2.0An extra star for convenience. This is barely a Staples anymore. It is mainly an amazon drop off war zone. The lines can get very long and staff are rude. I don't think they realized they were being hired to only deal with Amazon orders all day. The building restricts phone usage so it makes loading the return page on your amazon account difficult. Leading to the staffs frustration. Maybe get a cellular network booster in this place to speed up production. I feel bad and not. A gentleman named "Maxwell" yelled at me for not having my QR code up in time. My husband was furious. This one interaction is not why I'm giving this low score either. I've been many many times. Its just an example of the service.

One poor guy was handling every customer in the print area, while other sat scrolling on his phone and other older gentlemen in the shipping area oblivious to what was going on. Phone scroller didn't have a clue on how to assist on self service printing/copy machine. Told me "you need to ask someone over there" referencing the only person helping anyone. Me and one other lady walked out after 15 minutes of the line not budging. Horrible customer experience.
