  Terrible service—way too slow. The staff just stand around talking instead of helping customers. Do not come to the Winter Garden location!

  i made an order for this picture to be printed it told me it would be ready by a certain time and it was not . then on top of that the blonde girl that works at the printing area , i was the first in line and she refused to acknowledge me and acknowledged everyone else behind me as if i were invisible to her or something . then she tells me my picture is not print it and that they will get to it and then she lets me stand there for 15 min until i had to ask how much longer to i have to wait and she’s like “i don’t know we have more to print and then we will get to yours” like you couldn’t have let me know if that from the start and you could’ve told me to come back tomorrow instead of wasting my damn time .

  The Copy and Print Center is clearly understaffed. It’s honestly inhumane to have just one employee handling the workload of multiple people, especially when there are long lines of customers waiting. This creates unnecessary stress for both customers and the employee. I want to emphasize that the person working there was doing an excellent job. They were incredibly patient, professional, and doing their absolute best despite the situation. However, no matter how capable someone is, one person cannot reasonably manage that level of demand alone. Staples really needs to allocate more staff to this department. Better staffing would improve customer experience and, more importantly, provide a fair and humane working environment for employees.

  I was looking for 6ft sheets of cardboard to use for a backdrop. The store didn't have them but they were online. Online reviews said to avoid ordering and having it shipped to your house, because they folded them in shipping. I asked a staff member if I ordered them to the store if it would come folded up or if they would be in the 6tt sheets. She assured me that they come on the truck and they would not file them up like that. I ordered the sheets to be delivered to the winter garden store on the 13th. The worker told me they would be in a couple business days. When I didn't get a notice of delivery that week, I checked the tracking. The tracking showed it would be delivered on the 21st. When I didn't hear from anyone on the 21st, I checked the tracking which showed it would be delivered on the 13th, which was the day I ordered it. I called customer service and they told me it was delivered on the 21st. I went to the store on the 22nd and they told me it was not delivered. They told me they would call me when it came in. I called customer service and they confirmed that it had in fact been delivered to the Winter garden store. I went back into the store and they found my order, however, the 6 ft cardboard sections had been folded up and were no longer usable. This was exactly what I was trying to avoid. I told them I would like a refund, but they told me their machine would not let them do a refund and I needed to call customer service back. I called customer service and did get my refund. Unfortunately the store is a 40-minute drive from my house, and I wasted a lot of time and it didn't even end up with the product I needed in the end.
