  I concur with every one star review of this title company. The absolute worst title company and customer service I have received by any company. The communication was poor, the notary and title manager were extremely rude and unprofessional. They treated us (their clients) as an inconvenience to them. We only used them because our builder’s lender uses them. Our feedback to the builder’s management team is that they should consider contracting with a different title company because it is an awful way for new homeowners to end their home buying journey. Instead of it being an exciting, happy experience, it was an awkward and uncomfortable experience for our family and realtor.

  We had a great experience with First American. The closing process was smooth, professional, and well organized. Everyone was helpful and made us feel comfortable throughout the process. We truly appreciate the excellent service!

  Edit: I want to thank Brandon, who was the only person I worked with throughout the process this time. That said, I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 because I believe there is room for improvement beyond the transaction itself. The office feels dated and lacks the welcoming atmosphere I have experienced at many other title companies. The overall environment could benefit from modernization, and small touches such as working coffee machines and a more inviting reception area would make a significant difference for clients who are often spending an hour or more at closing. I visit many title companies, and first impressions matter. A more updated office and a warmer, more positive team atmosphere would greatly enhance the client experience and better reflect the level of professionalism that today's buyers and sellers expect. Brandon's customer service is the reason for the 4-star rating. With some investment in the office environment and overall client experience, I believe this company could easily earn 5 stars. --- Giving 1 star as 0 star is not an option Very disappointing experience overall. As a realtor who has worked with many title companies over the years, this was unfortunately one of the worst closing experiences I have ever had. Diann was the closer for today’s transaction, and I found the interaction to be extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. The communication throughout the process lacked care, professionalism, and basic respect for the clients involved, which made an already stressful closing even more difficult. A closing should leave clients feeling informed, supported, and valued — sadly, that was not the experience today. I do want to acknowledge that Victoria at the front desk was respectful and professional, and Brandon, the manager, later apologized for the situation. While I appreciated that effort, it still does not undo the experience that occurred during the closing itself. Based on this experience, I would not personally choose to use this company again for future transactions.

  What a joke this title company. My wife and I closed on a home with this title company and had the worst experience. I’m a realtor and I will not use this company. I have never experienced such a bad experience with a title company. No one cares about the client in this company. Worst title company. After I closed I sent an email to receive a call back from management and all I received was an email, very unprofessional. Anyway they should close the company. They are bad.
