- ARA RApr 22, 20262.0Mail carrier vandalized my mailbox with bright red spray paint with numbers over a foot tall with the red bleeding down (my numbers are visible after them saying they could not see them well, so unsure why he felt the need to do this). John who answered my first call was very rude. Vincent and Courtney stated they talked to the mail carrier and only solution offered was he could come out and paint over the numbers that he did in a more grey color instead. It was only offered after I escalated my concerns via USPS. Customer service is not their priority.

- MRMaria RebolledoJan 22, 20265.0I always had a real bad recommendations for Post Office in Wimauma ,today I went ,ask for help to reniew my Passport,I went around 9.20 AM,and it was a line waiting for passport,around 6 people waiting, I went back home and came back to POS around 10.20,nobody was there,I spoke to a Boy named Jessie,it was very kind and helpful, it took about 10 minutes ,real fast ,I hope you can find a person like Jessie everywhere you go ,Thank you for your help!!!
