- TCTracy Cooper2 days ago3.0They've got nice parking and open lobby, but when I went to mail educational materials, the lady questioned me and tried to charge me for tracking which I did not ask for. I don't understand why some of these postal workers are trying to rip people off. It's not like the money goes into their pockets. Don't do an extra $2 when I asked for the cheapest available option.

- BKBenjamin KalinskyJun 22, 20262.0This review is based off of my recent visit to this location on 6/22/26, between 10 and 10:30 AM. What transpired was this. At approximately 10 AM, one of the two clerks on duty left her post and was not immediately replaced. For the next 15-20 minutes, there was only a single overworked employee left to handle a line of over a dozen customers. The only reason for the two star review as opposed to a lower one star review was for this employee's efficiency in trying to get customers processed in a timely manner while also clearing the backlog in package dropoffs, which had clogged the dropoff points. At about 10:20 AM, a second employee emerged from the back to process customers, but the line had already grown quite long, leading to customer dissatisfaction at the service quality provided. Essentially, this location needs to maintain a minimum of two clerks on duty during normal business hours. There should be no gaps between when one leaves their post and one comes to replace them. Perhaps a manager might come out of their office to fill in during peak times and ensure the orderly processing of customers. I should also note that this location looks extremely dated; some of the signage for "rent a PO Box" features images that probably have not been updated since the 1990s. I understand that USPS is trying to do the best it can with limited resources, but it might improve the public's perception of the service if (1) it provided timely service in.branch, and (2) branches were maintained to modern standards.
