  I had a bad experience with the manager Anna H. She was unkind and rude to a customer in front of me. It was uncomfortable to watch.

  During a visit to the UPS store, my Tesla locked while my phone, which I use as the car key, was inside. I returned to the store and asked an employee for help. I explained the situation and asked her whether she could call an Uber for me to go home to retrieve my spare key. Of course, I offered to pay cash and assured my home was five minutes away. I was very distressed as I had to pick up my granddaughter from preschool. The manager, then, abruptly interrupted saying “This is a business” and without asking what the situation was instructed the young employee not to use her phone to call an Uber. The employee complied and went to assist other customers. The manager walked away and continued to assist other matters on the telephone. I waited to see if someone could help me, but time went by and nobody seemed to care. Then I heard someone in the back asking, “Is she still here?”. I felt I was an inconvenience rather than a customer in need of assistance. I waited fifteen minutes while I was being ignored. Finally, realizing I was still in the store, the manager came and asked me for the first time what was my problem. Her attitude was of someone who was being annoyed rather than someone willing to help. I am not someone who typically complains and I understand that people are busy with the stress of the job. Nevertheless, the way this situation was handled was unacceptable. The situation could have been resolved calmly and quickly if someone had simply listened and treated me with courtesy and compassion.
