The staff member I encountered exhibited a profound lack of professionalism and exhibited rudeness towards not only me but also towards the customers who approached his counter. It was evident that he communicated in Spanish exclusively with the customers he selected, yet he displayed a reluctance to engage in Spanish with other customers who required additional assistance.

Why is it every time I come to the post office and have to deal with personnel instead of the self service machine they are no help? I understand sometimes, they don’t have the capacity to be able to solve an issue, but they act like they would rather jump off a bridge than have to deal with a customer. This is the main facility on Summit in West Palm Beach. No offense, but this place makes you sort of root for AI taking over their jobs.

Should be zero Starrs! We had a passport appointment which we showed up exactly on time. The passport associate was on his break. They could not tell us how long. After 3o minutes someone took us to the desk. His name was Devon he was rude and asked questions about the application then YELLED at me and stated he has done this before and I need to be QUIET! NO one should ever be treated as such. He should be fired! I will never go back here and highly recommend no one does. A customer should never be yelled at for asking a question.

I had a very disappointing experience at this USPS location. The employee who assisted me was rude, unprofessional, and showed little interest in helping me. I asked simple questions and did not receive courteous customer service. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect. I hope management addresses this issue and improves the quality of service at this location.”

0 stars. Absolute insanity. Priority mail was supposed to be delivered on Friday; didn’t arrive. USPS apologized and said it should be here Saturday. Saturday it sat another day. USPS told me to go and pick it up, so I drove an hour. They made a joke of the situation, laughed, called the supervisor to see where he was because they thought he was getting it. On speaker phone when they called him, he laughed and went home early. I stood here until they closed and said it’s not their job; they’re not a supervisor; and yelled BYE, BYE.This mail was incredibly important for me to leave the country, and now I can’t. It’s despicable there’s humans that intentionally don’t do their job and go out of their way to negatively impact peoples lives.
