- JJJenny2 days ago1.0Staff always rude and gives a nasty attitude and they don’t even help get better staff that actually cares for customers shows respect went today and it sucks treating a customer bad and giving a attitude it was two old men’s
- JGJavier Garcia2 days ago1.0I just left this USPS location extremely disappointed with the customer service I received. I went in needing assistance because I was filling out a Certified Mail slip for the first time and simply needed some guidance. When I asked the manager for help, the manager left the counter instead of assisting me. I then asked an older gentleman at the counter if he could please help me fill out the slip since it was my first time doing one. His response was essentially, “No, because you’re capable of doing it. Just read it.” I understand that customers are expected to fill out forms themselves, but there is absolutely no reason to speak to someone that way when they are politely asking for assistance. A simple explanation or a few seconds of guidance would have been enough. I said “thank you” and left. I ended up going to another mailing location where I was treated with the basic courtesy and assistance I was looking for.
