- JRJ'kai Rolle6 days ago1.0Everytime I come into this office, the front desk worker (older white lady with blonde hair) is constantly talking and doing everything else besides her job. She has no regards for others or their time. I should not have to wait 20 minutes for you to have a detailed discussion about multiple topics with a customer that has already been helped.
- SFSe FelizAug 19, 20261.0Formal Complaint regarding poor customer service, address update, and mailbox access To whom it may concern, I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding the unacceptable treatment I received from a staff member, as well as the refusal to update my apartment address and provide me with my new mailbox key. From the very first moment I arrived, I explained that I do not speak English. Instead of being helpful, the employee was extremely rude to me from the start and even shouted at me simply because I did not understand what she was trying to say. Furthermore, I recently moved to a different unit within this same complex and presented my valid, signed lease agreement as legal proof of my current residency. However, she denied my request because my state ID does not yet reflect this new address. This situation is causing me severe distress. I am currently expecting sensitive and time-sensitive immigration documents. Because I cannot access my mailbox, I am at serious risk of missing these critical papers. A signed lease agreement is a legal document confirming my address, and this treatment—combined with the refusal to update my information—is completely unacceptable. I am requesting an immediate review of this decision and appropriate action regarding the employee's behavior.

She doesn’t even look up or say hello. I literally avoid this post office even though it’s the closest to my house because I don’t want to deal with her misery.
