  So I went in to do a certified and return receipt for a price of mail. Pretty simple. Mauricio was the guy helping me. He was training someone there while doing my mail so it took a bit longer than normal. This guy messed up and had to return the thing I just paid for because he was distracted while training the new associate, and after asked me to fill out this long form to accept the return. I’m sorry that’s on you I said please fill it out for me, I can give you my name and phone number. The guy gives me a look and smirks at me like I’m asking something out of place. It’s not my fault that you messed up and lost places just r we urn things from there end and don’t ask to fill out an 8 question form to return something. Absolutely not ok this guy went on to tell his coworker next to him what happened all while I was standing there. It was horrible customer service. Don’t go to this UPS. This guy needs to be checked because he made me feel awkward for no reason when he was the one who made the mistake. UPDATE: they responded saying sorry but then deleted the apology, just a great example of what not to do. 0 stars

  I was very fortunate to have Kyan help me during my visit last week at the Village Blvd West Palm Beach store. He was so kind, professional and helpful. I had just come from the competition where I had a terrible experience and Kyan turned my day around. I also got to meet Aja who was lovely and sweet. The whole team that day offered excellent customer service at a very busy store. I will be back for sure!

  Customer service is excellent. Associate Daniel was professional, knowledgeable and very helpful tracking down my package, when I lost my receipt with tracking number. Skip the post office lines and indifference. UPS Store! Can’t go wrong with Associates like Daniel.

  Mauricio and devony are the best. They always give great customer service and very friendly and help you out. In many ways, people don't in customer service these days. I really appreciate them

  The kind gentleman named Kevin made sure that our experience met our expectation and that everything went smoothly. I could not see his name very well, for I didn’t have my glasses on. But he has brown/blinds in dreadlocks that are long and he wears in a low ponytail. He was great help to us.
