  I brought in an Amazon return which was in its original box sealed in plastic wrap. The young lady who was helping me Alicia, needs to be recognized for her exemplary customer service. She explained that UPS won’t take that package unless it was in another box despite that is how Amazon delivered it. Most others would have handed me back the box but not Alicia, she spent the next 5 minutes carefully removing the tape on the printed label to put it into another Amazon outer bag. She went over and above what most would not have done. This young lady is going far in life. Thank you Alicia!

  I will never use this store again, my previous experience was poor but I thought I would go back and give it another chance. It is my nearest store,but now I know not to use it ever again. other users of the store have the same view. Here are some other peoples reviews which are pertinent to my visit today. They still nickel and dime you. I asked for a basic envelope for an Amazon return and they directed me to the most expensive one. They even charged $5 to PRINT OUT I also had to BUY TAPE because one of the packages she wanted completely sealed which i’ve never had to do at ANY ups store for an amazon return and they couldnt just give us some tape to seal it. Very disappointing. This place is terrible! Never will accept pre-paid Amazon returns without wanting to force you to buy tape! $10 for packaging tape! Slow and rude! God forbid you need a piece of tape! I was told that they would not accept an Amazon return box that had been wrapped in brown heavy duty postal wrapping paper. They wanted me to buy a box to send it. I chose to drive 10 miles to another store that welcomed me with a smile and immediately scanned my box.

  This is the best ups store I’ve ever been to. Employees are very nice and super professional. They were able help me ship my package immediately. Alyssa and geo were fantastic help. Thank you ups team!

  Don't waste your time going here. Went by to ship a package and the girl working here was so incredibly rude. No patience and after paying 12.99 plus 4.99 for a tiny box I asked her to put a little stuffing in there so the stuff wasn't shifting everywhere. She then wanted to charge me another 2.00. Sad how lazy and unhappy people are now a days. Won't be going back there.
