    I sent a package to my mom to get it the next day I told them they needed a gate code and after I provided it to them I ask them to please make sure the driver gets the info, turns out they didn't provided and the package still on transit due to the missing code it's been 4 days now and I went back to them to ask them for a solution and they gave none, I had to call customer service to fix it my self, UPS please stop hiring good for nothing teenagers brats. You're supposed to be running a business not a day care.

    If i could give no star to leave a rewiew,i would. Been going to this store for many years because its the closest location,even after my package was stolen and i waited close to a year to get some $ for reimbursement from them. I always sent cheapest way(usps) and it was never a problem until today! They changed the rules suddenly.... Was very rude,wanted to charge me 3 times more then usual and suggested i should go someplace else if i dont like it. Btw..if you dont mention the cheapest way they ll charge you the most highest! They lost a long time customer but i doubt they care! BEWARE OF BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

    Yesterday I came to this particular location to get a page notarized. I was told to come today Saturday. I came in and asked for the notary. I guess she was in a bad mood and replied right away with a rude tone that she couldn’t do it. There weren’t busy at all, she just refused to do it. Now I can see the reason for a 2 stars in this location. NEVER AGAIN !!

    Customer beware. On 1/26 I paid for Next Day Air service at 1:06 PM. The package did not get processed until after 6:30 PM as stated on the UPS tracking site. The package was delivered on the 28th. UPS customer service told me to call the store in that they processed it too late in the day. The store representative told me to call UPS and file a claim. I said that leaves me, the consumer in the middle and did not get what I paid for. She said "I guess so" and hung up. My advise is to NEVER use this store or a independent UPS location, only work with the company directly. 516 S. Dixie you know what you did - Karma to you
