I walked up to this guy working a registry he would not sell me a prepaid card so he made me walk all the way around to get One. He should be fired. There’s no reason for him to be here standing around with his hands in his spot.

I rarely leave reviews, but I felt compelled to share my wonderful experience today. I visited the Staples on Okeechobee Boulevard in West Palm Beach to make copies and laminate materials for my classroom. Maria, a sales associate, was incredibly kind, patient, and considerate. She went above and beyond to help me get everything ready for the start of the school year. Her outstanding customer service made what could have been a stressful task so much easier. This Staples location consistently has friendly, helpful employees, and that's why it's worth the drive from Lantana Road. Thank you, Maria, and the entire team, for always providing exceptional customer service!

TERRIBLE HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE VISITING THIS STORE THIS MORNING , ONLY ONE WORKER AT FRONT REGISTER , VERY RUDE AND IGNORES CUSTOMERS WALKING IN SEEKING HELP LIKE SHE DONT EVEN SEES YOU !! OTHER STAFF JUST STAND THERE IN THE CORNER OF THE PRINTING AREA DOING ABSOLUTELY NOTHING !! NOT HELPING CUSTOMERS I HAD TO WALK OVER AND ASK FOR HELP TWICE AFTER I WAS STANDING WAITING FOR SERVICE IN THE PARTY CITY AREA WHICH IS ABSOLUTELY NO ONE ON THE PARTY CITY SIDE AND THEY DONT CARE !! THIS STORE NEEDS SERIOUS HELP AND BETTER STRUCTURE
