Love this location. I come here about two times a month to print and get supplies. The staff is so nice, Maria Ashley, Julia, Carlos, and everyone at the printing station are always so friendly and helpful even when there is only a few minutes left till closing. This store is always clean and organized.

I will be calling the corporate number in regards to this . Maria at the west palm beach location is not only condescending to myself but to other customers. My mother passed away , our church wanted multiple pages of her obituary laminated. Not only did she say no but way the message was delivered was extremely concerning. I have been here multiple times and I have dealt with Kevin which he is phenomenal. I asked for her manager, she stated that they can’t do nothing for you . If I ever come to this location again I will call to ensure that she isn’t on shift. I don’t usually do reviews but there’s a first for everything. I would love for a manager to give feedback as well

Not a good experience. No one at registers. Asked staff and they said she was up there. She was not. When she did come up she said she was with another customer… who wasn’t there. He finally came up. Apparently this cashier has to run BOTH the returns(online order returns) and checkout. Very slow. Not friendly. Her name was Gwendolyn.

I had a 24" x 36" poster that I needed laminated and had a little trouble getting it done. I first went to the Staples on Northlake Blvd and was told it was too big. I then called Office Depot on Okeechobee Blvd, and they told me they could do it. The next day I drove over there, only to end up waiting about 20 minutes while they tried to get their laminator working. Unfortunately, they couldn't get it to work right. While I was waiting, I called the Staples on Okeechobee Blvd and they said they could laminate it. So I drove about 5 more minutes down the road, and I'm glad I did. When I got there, Sherlyn already had the laminator warmed up and ready to go. She laminated my 24" x 36" poster and another sheet of paper, and she had it done in no time. After driving around 11 miles past the Staples on Northlake BLVD trying to get this done, it was really nice to finally find someone who was ready to help and got the job done without any hassle. Sherlyn was very helpful and made the whole thing quick and easy. Big thanks to Sherlyn at the Okeechobee Blvd Staples! She definitely deserves some recognition for great customer service. I'll definitely go back there the next time I need something laminated.
