He seemed annoyed and in a bad mood instead of offering helping while I couldn't find an item from a shelf. Typically I wouldn't write a review like this one but I was shopping with my 6-year-old son and this gentleman's bad vibe really spoiled our shopping experience.

She was short, with greyish hair and glasses (I didn’t catch her name), and had a noticeable attitude with nearly everyone she interacted with. What stood out most was how she handled older customers, rather than helping them, she directed them to the self-service machines, even when they clearly didn’t know how to use them. It was uncomfortable to watch. Imagine that was your grandparent being treated that way. My husband actually stepped in to help a few people himself. Customer service should involve patience and kindness, especially in situations like that. If you’re that unhappy with your job leave. No one’s forcing you to be there. The whole experience left a negative impression.

I recommend him for an upper management position due to the fact that he’s able to juggle multiple things at the same time thank you, Kevin
