  I just want to give a big five star to Ashley on June 25th 2026 I came back to pick up an online order but the day on arrival the item did not reach so few days after it was sent back but before I knew it we searched buy tracking order email everything you could think of but before I knew it she thought about one last thing and that maybe the item would be placed on the Shelf and indeed it was I would say Ashley did not stop searching or give up she worked under pressure and also did not sweat she also made me calm. I also had to purchase the order all over again then the service was bad in the store keep going outside using my phone to get a connection then I had to use my card which I couldn't remember the password but she still remain calmed I couldn't believe it Ashley spent almost an hour working on this and did not change faces at all I'm still handle the other customers while dealing with me honestly she deserve a promotion I have never walked in and saw a supervisor that remained calm and cannot get frustrated or call for backup she continued working on it. She had no clue from the beginning what was going on but she made her concern to get involved and also these items was placed with the other associate and other manager at the time she walked in on this blind not knowing what direction to go I walked out a happy customer and I will return I told everyone that day what Ashley did bragging Ash and deserve five stars on a standing ovation

  Disaster. On their phones, not willing to help. Asked for help to print docs, told me go to our website there is instructions there. Like I do this for a living. Someone needs to visit this place and put some order in. Very different from couple years ago when there was actual customer service. Payed 50% more in Office depot and I'll do it again

  I had the most wonderful experience with Carl. He saw me in the party city section looking at the balloons and immediately offered my assistance. I went to the same store earlier that day and was met with quite the opposite type of encounter. His customer service was top tier and sometimes something as simple as talking to someone and being proactively helpful leaves a lasting impression. Staples is lucky to have Carl!!

  I am a regular at this Staples and I wanted to put a review out to say their customer service is stellar. Especially Carlos! He is very helpful and kind and always happy to help. Staples is my go to for everything. Great location and great service!

  Super easy and quick to make business cards! Took a day and was able to pick up in store.
