  Absolutely horrible delivery and logistics company. Who, in their right mind, places a 160lb item in a driveway in front of an OPEN garage door blocking in a clearly visible vehicle? Further, no delivery driver announced their presence - no knock at the door, no door bell ring, NOTHING. This company delivers on behalf of Amazon for large items - if you live in the South Florida area, check twice before you order a large item from Amazon (furniture or otherwise) and confirm which company will be handling delivery as the third party carrier. If it is RXO - reconsider your purchase. On top of being blocked in and unable to move my vehicle, and in deciding to return this item due to the inability to move it and absolutely poor customer experience, Amazon is unable to arrange pickup for 24-48 hours. RXO's own resolution to this matter resulted in an EMAIL to a facility supervisor of my complaint. No offer for support, no offer to return and move the item, no apology - simply a customer service representative confirming she sent an email. Photos below as evidence.

  I just got my washer and dryer delivered. Javier Roberto did amazing job. He was profesional, courteous and fast. Will recommend him anytime. 10/10

  XPO DELIVERED MY MICROWAVE ON TIME AND TWO MEN INSTALLED THE NEW MICROWAVE AND TOOK OUT THE OLD MICROWAVE QUICKLY AND EFFICIENTLY THANK YOU MICHAEL BENDSNEYDER PORT ST LUCIE FLORIDA

  I had a Samsung Freezer delivered. They came on the exact day it was supposed to. I was updated by emails and texts on their progress. The delivery guys were very fast and professional. I am very happy with the delivery.

  Man handled expensive bedding. Threw linens on floor. Barely spoke English. Put the new adjustable frame inside our old frame which shouldn't have been done. The work order stated they were to haul away our old mattress but they refused. Rushed to complete the job. Very disappointed.
